B-Securité was established according to the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) where high quality service is paramount. To provide this quality, B-Securité has its own in-company training whose exam is European certified. This training was internally developed and housed in the B-Securité Academy.
B-Securité Academy .
B-Securité’s career policy is based on the premise that the employee is the director of his/her own career. The B-Securité Academy focuses on supporting employee development and mutual coöperation on the one hand, and on the other hand on development with regard to technology.
Education, Formation and Training .
New employees enrolled in the B-Securité Academy receive what is known as an onboarding introduction program. Practical guidance starts at the beginning of the Career Journey, followed by the incompany level I training MARC-Operator-Basics. This training concludes with the certificate issued by KIWA/IBEX after the employee successfully passes the exam. The Career Journey goes on where through a level II course MARC-Operator-Advanced the employee continues to grow in his/her development.
A number of employees function as or promotes to Supervisor, B-Securité’s 24/7 operational manager. No course will be developed for Supervisors, but we have a mentoring program in the form of workshops. Level II training is also provided for Supervisors.
The result of the investments in this EFT program is to achieve an excellent service for Basic-Fit, where the Security level at Basic-Fit clubs is of a high quality and sustainable nature.
Research & Development program .
The Development Department consists of the Camera Artificial Intelligence and Device Management Portal departments. The Development Department is in charge of and responsible for B-Securité development and operational management.
B-Securité has its own software development program housed at the B-Securité Academy. In this way, the technical development that takes place in the operational field labs is set up in close coordination with the EFT program, which is also housed in the B-Securité Academy.
