You will start as an (Aspirant) Observer Centralist .
For the first two years, you will take the B-Security incompany Level I training and successfully complete the associated exam. The first year is thus dedicated to achieving the competence of the (Aspirant) Observer Centralist. Upon completion of the incompany Level I training in the first year, you will “grow” into the position of Observer Centralist.
The second year is devoted to achieving eligibility. Before the end of the first and second year, assessments are made and determined.
You now have all the knowledge and will grow into All-round Observer Centralist .
You may promote to All-round Observer Centralist at the time you meet all the criteria established for that purpose and an assessment is made and determined. Once appointed to the position, you will be responsible supervising an (Aspirant) Observer Centralist.
You will be evaluated by two Supervisors each year. Your position is characterized by the seniority you exude in your knowledge and behavior. The incompany Level II training provided by the B-Securité Academy, as well as obtaining at least one foreign language module provided by the B-Securité Academy, will support you in your development in this regard.
You turn out to be a born team leader and become Supervisor .
You characterize yourself on the 24/7 shift. The essence of your position will thus be on the operational managerial progress responsibility for the 24/7 shift where you will perform and manage the shift as a appointed Supervisor. In doing so, you are primarily the point of contact for the Manager MARC. The in-company Level II training, supplemented by education and training, workshops and obtaining a foreign language certificate, provided by the B-Security Academy, will advance you in your development.
Traineeship.
B-Securité has its own traineeship with specific admission criteria articulated in the position aspired to. An assessment at the B-Securité Academy is part of that procedure.
B-Securité sees a traineeship as a pathway as an entry-level position where you work and are trained by the B-Securité Academy to the aspired position. The traineeships employed at B-Securité provide the perfect opportunity to put what you have learned into practice. In addition, the combination of theory and practice provides ample opportunity for further fine-tuning of the employee’s existing knowledge and skills. The duration is one to two years. The trainee performs multiple assignments over the course of a traineeship and also receives training and guidance from the B-Securité Academy.
In addition to MARC employees, this also applies to all other positions within B-Security, for both B-Security employees and new employees.
