B-Security is looking for a Technical Coordinator.<\/span><\/h2>

The essence of the Technical Coordinator position lies in engineering support, implementation and consulting. You will be the first point of contact for the Engineering Manager on technical matters and support the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Center (MARC) with technical questions. You will periodically test the emergency power systems, fire alarm system, intrusion alarm, video systems, etc. You will also be involved in various projects and provide workplace management. In addition, you are the point of contact for suppliers on technical matters. You ensure that technical failures are fixed, by bringing in the right parties and\/or people.<\/p>

The control room, also called Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC), of Basic-Fit Security is organized with high-quality state-of-the-art technology. Since 2019, a large number of Basic-Fit sports clubs in Europe have been connected live to the MARC. This number is growing considerably every year. With our working method, the MARC of Basic-Fit Security makes a substantial contribution to the security of the Basic-Fit clubs in an efficient and effective way and the employees of the MARC provide service to the club members of Basic-Fit. To make this possible, Basic-Fit Security successfully passes the EN50518 and the ISO27001 audit every year. <\/p>

What do you do as an Technical Coordinator?<\/span><\/h2>
  • You will be operationally responsible for handling technical failures at the MARC;<\/li>
  • You intervene timely and appropriately in technical bottlenecks, including keeping club records current, and report to the Manager of Technology;<\/li>
  • You identify abnormalities;<\/li>
  • You will submit solicited and unsolicited technical improvement proposals;<\/li>
  • You review\/control\/audit the quality of the integrated system;<\/li>
  • You will identify operational technical bottlenecks, analyze the causes and solve first-line technical problems – as far as possible – and make written reports on them;<\/li>
  • You will take care of technical mutations in the appropriate systems;<\/li>
  • You are the point of contact for the control room staff regarding technical issues and perform acceptance testing of the gyms that are delivered.<\/li><\/ul>

    What makes a Technical Coordinator?<\/h2>
    • You have prior technical education at the mbo+ level (mbo employee ICT Support level 2);<\/li>
    • You have an affinity for security and technology;<\/li>
    • You have at least 4 years of experience within the technology used in emergency call centers;<\/li>
    • You have technical coordination skills;<\/li>
    • You are proactive and show initiative;<\/li>
    • You are stress resistant and work accurately;<\/li>
    • You work accurately and systematically and adhere to protocols;<\/li>
    • You have a service-oriented and customer-friendly attitude;<\/li>
    • You have good communication skills;<\/li>
    • You are meticulous and have integrity;<\/li>
    • You have an eye for (technical) details during breakdowns;<\/li>
    • You have an adequate command of the Dutch and English languages;<\/li>
    • You are goal-oriented;<\/li>
    • You can work as part of a team and under management direction;<\/li>
    • You are alert and incisive and open to self-development.<\/li><\/ul>

      The offer<\/h2>
      • A starting salary of \u20ac2,724.55 with the possibility of growth to \u20ac4,012.48 gross (depending on education, experience and competencies) every 4 weeks based on 38 hours;<\/li><\/ul>
