B-Security is looking for Supervisors .
As Supervisor MARC you will coordinate the daily work of the ((Aspirant)) All-round Observer Centralists and you will be the first point of contact for them.
The essence is on an operational progress responsibility for the service where he/she performs and directs the service as designated Supervisor MARC. This makes the Supervisor primarily the point of contact for the Manager MARC. In fact, the Supervisor MARC is the right-hand man to the Manager MARC.

B-Securité’s control room, also known as Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC), is equipped with high-end technology, such as aggression detection, peoplecount following COVID-19, accident detection and high-end analysis tools. The MARC has been specially organised for the Basic-Fit safety chain as a Business Alarm Centre (BAC). The MARC chain consists of intelligent cameras and detection with the latest communication technology. Currently, over 1,300 Basic-Fit sports clubs across Europe are ‘live’ connected. This modus operandi allows B-Securité’s MARC to effectively and efficiently secure affiliated Basic-Fit sports clubs, provide customer service, investigative work and project live camera surveillance at Basic-Fit’s request.
A day in the life of a Supervisor .
You start the day as the director of the service for which you are responsible. This includes constantly monitoring and directing the quality of work. Similarly, you take care of the quality of daily reports and incident reports.
You will be the point of contact and thus the liaison for the Remote Support, Customer Care and all other external partners who report during the shift.
You will be responsible for conducting performance and assessment reviews of your team.
You will ensure a professional shift handover to your fellow Supervisor. In doing so, you ensure that all relevant information is conveyed clearly.
You will oversee the correct and customer-friendly handling of remote requests from Basic-Fit members.
You check the data and information in the computerized databases used for this purpose, thus performing a quality check.
What makes a Supervisor ?
- You have at least a mbo diploma level 3;
- You have management experience;
- You have experience within the security sector or hospitality sector (hospitality);
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. French, Spanish and/or German is a plus.
- You are a team player, are service-oriented, have a customer-friendly attitude and are stress-resistant.
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
- You are willing to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends, holiday periods and public holidays;
- You have experience with Word, Outlook, and Salesforce is a plus and you have good typing skills;
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and communicative;
- You are results-oriented and decisive;
- You are a finisher, work in a structured way and deliver quality;
- You live in the Amsterdam / Hoofddorp area.
The offer .
- A starting salary of €2,724.55 to €4,012.48 gross (depending on experience and competences) per 4 weeks based on 38 hours, excluding irregular and weekend allowances. It is also possible to work 32 hours;
